Are you a new company?
Yes. Moksha EduSystems was founded in 2026 in Nandyal, and we are taking our first 10 founding schools for the 2027–28 school year. You get direct access to the founder, quick changes based on your feedback and no long lock-in.
How much does it cost?
₹250 per student a year, or ₹25 a month billed monthly, with a minimum of ₹40,000 a year and one-time onboarding of ₹15,000 per campus. Transport, hostel, HR, trust accounts and SMS or WhatsApp alerts are add-ons. Prices are plus GST. See our pricing.
Can we try it first?
Yes. Book a free demo. Founding schools use the full platform free until 31 March 2027.
Do we need GPS devices or a biometric machine?
No. The driver’s phone tracks the bus, and staff punch in with a selfie on their own phone, checked against the campus location.
Our teachers cannot carry phones in class. Will it still work?
Yes. Everything a teacher does, from attendance to marks entry, works on the website from a school computer or a classroom screen. The office can keep the staff attendance register on the website too.
What happens to our data?
Your school’s data belongs to your school. You can download reports from each part of the platform, and we send you a complete copy of your data, free, whenever you ask. Your data is backed up every day. If you leave, you get 30 days to download everything. After that, we delete your data and confirm it in writing. We handle your data as required under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What if you shut down?
We will give you at least 90 days’ notice and a complete copy of your data. Your records are yours, and you can ask for a complete copy at any time.
Where do parents, staff and students log in?
Parents use the Parent login. Staff and students use the Staff & Student login. Students in Classes 9 to 12 sign in with their admission number.
Will you move our existing records from Excel or registers?
Yes. Moving your records is part of onboarding, and we do it for you.
