Your school trusts us with student, parent and staff details. Here is exactly what we promise.
Your school’s data belongs to your school. Always.
Download anytime
Download your reports whenever you want, and ask for a complete copy of your data, free, at any time.
Backed up daily
Your data is backed up every day, and each daily backup is kept for 7 days.
If you leave
You get 30 days to download everything. After that, we delete your data and confirm it in writing.
If we ever close
We will give you at least 90 days’ notice and a complete copy of your data.
We handle your data as required under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
How we protect it
- All data between your school and our platform is encrypted with HTTPS.
- Your data is stored encrypted on our servers.
- The database is hosted with Supabase in its Singapore data centre, and the app runs on Vercel.
- Your data is backed up every day, and each daily backup is kept for 7 days.
- Passwords are stored securely using industry-standard hashing. We can never see them.
- Your school’s data is kept separate from every other school’s.
- We keep a record of logins and important changes.
- You can download your reports at any time, and we send a complete copy of your data, free, whenever you ask.
- Biometric attendance is used only with consent, as required under the DPDP Act, 2023.
Who can see what
- Parents sign in through the Parent login. Staff and students sign in through the Staff & Student login.
- Students in Classes 9 to 12 sign in with their admission number.
- Each person sees only what their role allows. Parents see only their own child’s records.
Your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023
India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives people rights over their personal data. As a school using our platform, you and the families you serve can ask us to help with:
- Access: knowing what personal data is held.
- Correction: fixing data that is wrong or out of date.
- Deletion: removing data that is no longer needed.

We follow the requirements of the Act. There is no official “DPDP certification”, so we do not claim one.
