What every school gets
- Every core module: fees and online payments, attendance, exams and report cards, timetable, homework, lesson plans and syllabus tracking, library, inventory and dashboards
- The Android app for teachers, parents and students, with Telugu for parents
- Staff attendance with a selfie punch on each staff member’s own phone. No biometric machine to buy
- Push notifications to parents in the app, at no extra cost (SMS and WhatsApp are pay-as-you-go add-ons)
- More than one campus in one school account
- Your records moved from Excel or registers, and training for your office and teachers
- Reports you can download, and a complete copy of your data whenever you ask

Add-ons, when you need them
Transport
₹400 per bus per month
Live bus tracking with the driver’s phone. No GPS device to buy.
Hostel
₹250 per boarder per year
Rooms, roll call, gate passes, mess and medical records. Day scholars are not charged.
HR & payroll
₹1,000 a month plus ₹40 per employee
Staff records, leave, appraisals, letters and payroll. Payroll runs as a paid pilot until our chartered accountant signs off the payroll rules.
Trust accounts & tax
From ₹20,000 a year

Donations, 80G receipts, funds, vouchers and Tally export. The price depends on the trust’s total receipts in a year: fees, donations and grants. Runs as a paid pilot until our chartered accountant signs off the tax rules.
SMS and WhatsApp alerts
Pay as you go
Message packs on top of the plan, so you pay only for what you send. SMS goes through your school’s DLT sender. WhatsApp alerts are coming soon.
Take two add-ons and get 10% off them; take three or more and get 15% off.
Parents pay fees by UPI, card or net banking through your school’s own Razorpay account, and fees settle into your bank account. Gateway charges follow your Razorpay plan.
