Trust Accounts

Donations, funds and vouchers for trust-run schools.

What it does

For schools run by a trust or society: keep donations, grants, vouchers and fund balances in one place, and send entries to Tally.

The problem it removes

Trust accounts are kept in separate books and spreadsheets. Trustees wait for the accountant to learn the position, and year-end work is rushed.

Tax figures follow the rules your school sets. We recommend your school’s CA reviews the figures before filing.

Questions

Does it work with Tally?

Yes, with TallyPrime. A small sync agent on the school’s Tally computer sends the entries to Tally, and you can compare your books with a Tally trial balance.

Are the tax figures ready to file?

Tax figures follow the rules your school sets. We recommend your school’s CA reviews the figures before filing.

Can we try it before deciding?

Yes. Book a free demo, or join our Founding School Programme: the first 10 schools use the full platform free until 31 March 2027.
